Entry Process
We are giving away one free roof replacement to a deserving homeowner in our community. The giveaway includes the cost of standard asphalt shingle roofing materials, labor, and removal of the existing roofing material.

Nominations open from July to August 31st, 2026. The winner will be announced on September 10.
Roof Installation will be completed by September 30, 2026 (weather and scheduling permitting).
Requirements
- Nominee must be the homeowner and provide proof of ownership.
- Property must be located within a 60-mile radius of Minot, ND.
- Roof must be suitable for replacement following a Skilled Builders inspection.
- Giveaway includes a standard asphalt shingle roof replacement only.
- Additional work, including but not limited to decking replacement, structural repairs, gutters, siding, soffit, fascia, or other upgrades, is not included.
This is not a random drawing. The recipient will be selected by us based on demonstrated need, personal circumstances, condition of the roof, and the overall impact the project may have on the homeowner.
Giveaway Terms & Conditions
- Winner agrees to allow before-and-after photos and videos of the project.
- Winner agrees that their story may be featured on Skilled Builders' website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.
- Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.
- Skilled Builders reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances require.
- Giveaway Value: Up to 20 squares or $10,000.
